Subscribe opens PayPal checkout for that plan. After you approve the subscription, PayPal brings you back to this page, and within a few minutes an email from [email protected] brings your page code; enter it once in "Have a page code?".
Prices are in US dollars. A subscription renews every month until you cancel, and the pages already paid for stay on your code. A bill is one converted file. See the terms for the details.
How paid access works
Pro and Team are monthly subscriptions paid through PayPal. The Subscribe button opens PayPal checkout for that plan; once you approve the subscription, PayPal brings you back to this page while we email your page code from [email protected]. Every renewal tops up that same code. The code holds your plan's allowance counted in pages: 200 bills × up to 150 pages = 30,000 pages a month on Pro, 800 × 150 = 120,000 on Team. On Team the 3 seats share the one code: enter it in each person's browser.
Enter the code once in "Have a page code?" (below, or on the converter) and it stays in that browser. It is used only when the free allowance cannot cover a file: a file over 10 pages, or any file after your free one for the day. Without a code, a long file is converted up to page 10 and a second file waits for tomorrow; with the code, each file converts in full, up to 150 pages. Unused pages roll over and never expire, and cancelling keeps the pages you have already paid for. Allow a few minutes for the email and check your spam folder; if anything is wrong, reply to the email or write to [email protected].

How the plans work
A bill is one converted file. The free allowance is 1 file per day, up to 10 pages, with no account to make. A paid plan is a monthly subscription that tops up a page code: Pro with 200 bills × up to 150 pages = 30,000 pages a month, Team with 800 × 150 = 120,000. You save the code once in the converter, and a file then converts in full, up to 150 pages.
Nothing about the checking changes between plans: quantity × unit price, lines to subtotal, subtotal plus tax to total, and the amber rows are on every plan, including free. You always get the QuickBooks CSV, the Xero CSV and the review CSV.
Getting started on a paid plan
-
Try it free first
Drop one real bill on the home page. The free allowance is 1 file per day, up to 10 pages, no account, so you can see the checks work on your own paper before you pay for anything.
-
Choose Pro or Team
Pro is $19 a month for 200 bills a month, files up to 150 pages. Team is $49 a month for 800 bills a month, 3 seats, files up to 150 pages. Both are monthly subscriptions through PayPal, with no account to make here.
-
Subscribe
Press Subscribe on the plan. It opens PayPal checkout for that plan; approve the subscription there and PayPal brings you back to this page while your page code is emailed.
-
Enter your page code
Within a few minutes of paying, an email from [email protected] brings your page code (check spam if it is slow). Open the link in it, or type the code into "Have a page code?" on the converter and press Save. It stays in that browser and goes with each file, and every renewal tops up the same code.

Questions people ask
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free allowance is 1 file per day, up to 10 pages, no account. It includes the same checks and the same three CSV files as the paid plans.
What counts as a bill?
One converted file. Upload one bill per file; a stack of 40 PDFs is 40 bills. If a single PDF holds several invoices, split it first, because only the first invoice in a file is read. Your page code itself counts pages, not files: Pro is topped up with 200 × 150 = 30,000 pages a month, Team with 120,000, and a file that the free allowance cannot cover spends as many pages as it has, up to 150.
What is the difference between Pro and Team?
Pro is $19 a month: 200 bills a month, files up to 150 pages, and all three CSV files; its code is topped up with 30,000 pages a month. Team is $49 a month: everything in Pro, plus 3 seats and 800 bills a month, so 120,000 pages. Team's seats are the same code entered in each person's browser.
What happens when I reach my limit?
The converter tells you plainly and stops. Files after the limit are listed as not converted, so nothing is dropped silently, and nothing is converted past your allowance. The free allowance is per day, so you can convert again the next day. On a paid plan the limit is the pages left on your code, shown as "Page code: N pages left" after each file that used it; the next renewal tops the code up, and unused pages carry over.
How do I pay?
Each plan has a Subscribe button that opens PayPal checkout for that plan. Approve the subscription there; PayPal brings you back to this page, and within a few minutes we email your page code from [email protected]. If checkout cannot be opened, this page says so and gives you [email protected] instead. This page never asks for card details.
Can I cancel?
Yes. A subscription renews every month until you cancel, and cancelling stops the next renewal. The pages already on your code stay there and never expire. Refunds are not promised. If something went wrong, write to [email protected] and explain what happened.
Do I need an account?
Not for the free allowance, and not for a paid plan either. Paid access is a page code that we email after payment and that you save in the converter; it stays in your browser. There is no password to forget and no sign-in page.
When is my page code used?
Only when the free allowance cannot cover a file: a file over 10 pages, or any file after your free one for the day. A short first bill of the day is still free, with or without a code. When the code is used, the file converts in full up to 150 pages and the pages it had come off the code.
Do unused pages expire?
No. Whatever is left on your code rolls over, and each renewal adds the next month's pages to the same code. If you cancel, the pages you have already paid for stay on the code.
How long can a file be?
A longer file is still converted, up to the page limit. The free allowance reads the first 10 pages. A page code reads up to 150 pages, or as many as are left on the code. When a file is cut short, the result says "Only the first 10 of 23 pages were converted" (with your own numbers) and the CSV file names end in -partial, so a partial export is not mistaken for a complete one. Every file is limited to 40 MB, whatever the plan.
How do the 3 seats on Team work?
Team is meant for a small firm where up to three people convert bills. The three seats share one page code and one allowance of 800 bills a month: enter the same code in each person's browser and all three draw on it. There is nothing to set up and nobody to ask.
What if the email with my code has not arrived?
Allow a few minutes, then check your spam folder for a message from BillToCSV at [email protected]. If it is still missing, write to [email protected] with the email address you paid with.
Are my files kept?
Files are processed in memory and deleted after conversion on every plan. See the privacy page for what is sent to which service.
Does paying change the accuracy of the reading?
No. Every plan uses the same reader and the same checks. A misread digit that still adds up cannot be caught on any plan, so compare scanned and photographed bills with the paper.
